“Vitebsk Vernissage” has come back to its usual place, at Ratusha, after a few years of the “exile” on the ground before the Concert Hall “Vitebsk”. Now it is located on ancient Suvorova Street, which was turned into pedestrian zone and looks splendidly after the reconstruction. Due to the artistic fair the street has been even more colourful on the festival days. »»»
On July, 10th the opening of the exhibition of Etchings by Marc Chagall takes place in Vitebsk Regional Local History Museum within the framework of the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk.” These are the illustrations of the artist to the poem by Nicolai Gogol “Dead Souls”. The illustrations are donated by the Independent Charitable Organization “Triumph – A New Age” to the republic of Belarus.
