 Алла Пугачева
| Alla Pugacheva has opened the concert program of the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk”. On July, 6 the singer performed at the venue of the Summer Amphitheatre. It has already been her third concert at “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk”. The first one the singer performed in 1994, the second one was in 2000.
Prima Donna performed such songs as “Zona”, “Svecha gorela na stole”(The candle was lighting on the table), “Rechnoy tramvaichic” (Small River Tram), “Eto Lubov” (This is Love), “Prima Donna” and other hits from albums of different years. One song “Posmotry” (Look!) was performed by a young singer, a participant of TV project “Fabrika Zvezd-5” (Star Factory) Mike Mironenko.
Prima Donna asked the audience to greet the performer with love. She pointed out that his “factory” started here. Mike was awarded with sincere applauds.
The concert appeared to be an intimate conversation between the singer and the audience. There was a small table with a glass of wine and a candle on it at the stage. Alla Borisovna seemed to invite the audience to spend a summer night with her. To remember something and to mourn for it together. And than hope for something better.
The verse which Alla Borisovna recited at the stage was listened to very attentively. The last line “love dies as well” made the audience quiet down. However, the singer was singing about this bright feeling again and again. She changed her black dress for white one and thanked the audience for their love and finished the concert with the song “Etot mir priduman ne nami” (We don’t contrive this world). She assured that the word “love” for her is something more than just a word.
At the end of the concert Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, presented flowers to the singer.
